McKenzie & Associates has invested substantial capital since 2018 and is looking to continue its investments in Puerto Rico and LATAM.

Ownership style Flexible; from minority to full buyout transactions

Company size Revenues of $1 to $30 million

Transaction size $1M to $10M per transaction

Equity size $50K to $2M
